Sametz Blackstone Associates

Some of my projects have included, in part or in whole, Northeastern University’s College of Computer Information Science (CCIS), Project Bread’s Transforming School Food, 2Blades, Aquifer, Sarah Lawrence College, Vermont College of Fine Arts, Provincetown Art Association and Museum, unnameable financial firms (shh!), and Sametz itself.

As part of a small team delivering thoughtful, customized solutions, maintaining relationships matters in this client-facing development role.

Slightly more information

My work at Sametz is wide-ranging. The specifics vary, and while happy to discuss them individually, this will just be a general overview.

Development at Sametz ranges from HTML/CSS/front-end code template handoffs to responsive ground-up WordPress sites. Whether doing it all, partnering with in-house teams, or working with client partners to deliver front-ends for Blackbaud or SiteCore sites, I work closely with stakeholders, designers, and the rest of the web team to ensure sites work smoothly across devices and platforms. Achieving a successful launch often includes reaching beyond just code to include written site documentation, leading client training, or even just sitting in on vendor calls to provide friendly advice.
